A Schedule One Mono / Il2Cpp Cross Compatibility Layer
S1API is an open source collaboration project to help standardize Schedule One modding processes.
The goal is to provide a standard place for common functionalities so you can focus on making content versus reverse engineering the game.
Do I need this?
If you're using or plan to use any mods that depend on S1API, then yes.
How do I use this to make mods?
Go check out the extremely helpful resources on our GitHub.
I'm getting errors from S1API, what do I do?
Please head over to the GitHub page and create a new issue for us.
You can also post in the modding Discord under our thread 😀.
Drop us an endorsement ❤️
It's not easy being an API. Content is always king, not the backend glue!
Endorsements are free and really helps drive our motivation for this project.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
