Everyone starts with 0 relationship. Except Albert who stats with 0.75.
I think this makes use of the relationship system a lot more, as you have to worry about customers who hate you and low supply from suppliers who dont trust you.

Gain a bigger boost from higher quality drugs.

Changes the properties to force you to use them for longer. Adds RV back.
Look out for future quality mods, might be a little slow as I have a lot of good ideas now (thanks pooderman).
Installation
plop the dll into your mod folder.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
