This Sailwind mod adds various items to the game

Bits and Bobs - Rad Redux
Inspired by Innsewerants' wonderful mod Bits and Bobs. I loved the ideas in Bits and Bobs, this mod is merely a different take on the implementation of some those ideas. This is not meant to be a replacement, as the two mods can coexist. You can enable/disable features from either mod to choose the ones you like.
Features
This adds the following items which were in the original Bits and Bobs but have been completely remade:
- Steam emitting from Mt. Malefic. In this mod it is made more to look like steam and less like smoke. There is also more of a varied emission with random billowing of the steam. The steam will also render behind any fog.
- Meteor showers at night on dates corresponding with the real world calendar, originating from similar points in the sky, and with similar meteor hourly rates (adjusted for the shorter in game hour). The meteors have been remade to look more realistic in that they are thinner, faster, and fade in and out of view. Also, adds an occasional meteorite flaming through the sky with higher chances during higher rate meteor showers.
Configurable
- All of the above items can be enabled/disabled from the BepInEx configuration manager in game without the need to restart.
- The activity level for Mt. Malefic emitting steam.
- Meteor shower rate multiplier.
- Meteorite chance multiplier.
Requires
- BepInEx 5.4.23
Installation
If updating, remove BitsAndBobsRadRedux folders and/or BitsAndBobsRadRedux.dll files from previous installations.
Extract the downloaded zip. Inside the extracted BitsAndBobsRadRedux-\ folder copy the BitsAndBobsRadRedux folder and paste it into the Sailwind/BepInEx/Plugins folder.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
