About this mod Author’s original text
GoopToGlorp
A mod for Roadside Research that replaces all instances of "goop" with "glorp" — because it was always glorp.
Features
- Text Replacement — Every UI element, tooltip, dialog, and popup is glorpified. Full-sentence rewrites for key game lines give the glorp the respect it deserves.
- Customer Renaming — "Customers" become "glorpers". They always were.
- Proximity Alerts — When two glorps land near each other, the whole lobby gets a notification about this rare and intimate event.
- On-Demand Glorping — Press G (configurable) to glorp on command, right at your feet.
Configuration
All features are individually toggleable via the BepInEx config file (BepInEx/config/com.gooptoglorp.roadsideresearch.cfg), generated on first launch.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
