SnappierStalks
Makes the No Cooldown effect (the one provided by Brainstalks) feel better by changing how it refunds cooldown.
About this mod Author’s original text
What?
Makes it so that Brainstalks(and other things that use the same effect) eliminates cooldowns by directly giving you a new stock, thus bypassing the half-second global cooldown.\
Basically Brainstalk now acts more like having infinite stocks, rather than having zero cooldown.Of course, you still need to have enough stocks available if a skill requires multiple,It's not __actually__ infinite stocks.
Whats with the Name?
I don't have a cool pun to shake your world this time,I know,I know,It's highly disappointing.\
My Apologies.
Why?
Some Character's animations make the small global cooldown delay _very_ apparent and I do not like how that feels,at all.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
