Adds Shigaraki from My Hero Academia, a multi-option survivor steal 'quirks' from enemies, gaining their abilites/skills.

Multiplayer works (hopefully). CustomEmotesAPI compatibility. Risk of Options support.

• Life Force- Multiply your health by 3x. Made with False Son, Bison and Stone Titan.
• Invisibility- Become invisible for 8 seconds. Made with Bandit and Hermit Crab.
• Overclock Ascension- Overclock yourself to the limit, warping the flow of time around you. Gain 30% move speed, attack speed, sprint speed, dodge chance. Nearby enemies attack speed and movespeed are slowed by 30% and projectiles are slowed by 30%. Heal 10% of your max HP every second. However, gain -10 regen that increases by 1 every second. Made with Double Time, Blind Senses and Hyper Regeneration
• Changes
• Decay Plus Ultra now renamed to Decay Plus Chaos to match his theme better. Also can only be used while grounded, only hits grounded enemies (or enemies close to the ground if flying). No longer has a cooldown as it does cost health anyway.

• Give Quirk should work with anything as well as work with any future passives added to Shigaraki.
• Additional features
• You can now see extra information relating to the apex adaptation system such as the stats and numbers when opening the quirk menu.
• More configs have been added.

• Air walk descend key (by default x) now works properly. Also while sprinting, can use left and right movement to influence as well as ascend and descend as well.
• Fixed issue where skills with hold into release inputs would not work.
• Fixed issue where some skills wouldn't exit like OFA.
• Fixed Beetle Queen- Summon Ally summons when they have elite buffs not allowing AFO steal from working.

• Added a button to confirm the quirk menu (by default enter/return).

• Tooltips now added while in quirk menu while hovering over each quirk so that the player knows what they do.
• Added Emote- Lay Down. While pressing the emote key (K by default) Shigaraki will enter the Lay Down animation he does while fast falling. Press it again to cancel. It doesn't fully override animations so it will look a bit weird at times.
• Noted issue that Giving quirks doesn't work- will look into it for future update.
• Noted issue that if you pause while in the Quirk Menu, and close it, the game crashes.
