Kill the teleporter boss and the teleporter jumps straight to 100%. No more waiting for the charge. You still activate it yourself when you're ready to leave.

NotPortal

Kill the teleporter boss, and the teleporter is done charging.

No more standing in the red circle for another minute after the boss is already dead. As soon as the last teleporter boss dies, the charge jumps straight to 100%.

The teleporter does not send you away on its own. It waits in its normal charged state, so you can grab the boss drops, open the last chests, and activate it yourself when you're ready to leave.

How it works

  • Activate the teleporter as usual.
  • Kill the boss. If a Shrine of the Mountain added extra bosses, kill all of them.
  • The charge goes to 100% right away, at whatever percentage it was.
  • Walk up to the teleporter and use it when you want to go to the next stage.

If the charge reaches 100% before the boss is dead, nothing changes: the teleporter waits for the boss, like in the base game.

What it affects

  • Normal teleporters and the Primordial Teleporter.
  • Blue, gold and celestial portals still appear when the teleporter is charged.
  • Other events are left alone: Void Fields, Void Seeds, the moon pillars, Simulacrum, and final bosses like Mithrix.
  • The Overcharge challenge from Alloyed Collective is left alone too. It has its own boss and timer, so you still have to hold it out.

Multiplayer

  • Works in single-player and for the host of a multiplayer lobby.
  • Clients don't need the mod. Only the host has to install it.
  • If you join someone else's lobby, the host's setup decides, so the mod does nothing for you there.

Good to know

  • There's nothing to configure. Install it and it works.
  • Skipping the charge means less time passes on each stage. Difficulty grows with time, so your runs will be a little easier than usual.
  • Prismatic Trials already charge the teleporter when the boss dies, so the mod changes nothing there.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin

  1. The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
  2. Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
  3. Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
  4. Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.

Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
