Description
This mod will silence the Elephant and Blast shower equipments. You can disable or enable the muting in the config file.
Note: Muting the Blast Shower removes the visual and auditory effect.
I find gesture cheese hilarious and fun but hearing the elephant scream every second killed me. So I made this. I do not think I will
mute any other equipment and I mainly made this for my friend and I. But if people download it and want me to mute others I probably will.
Or at least will try to.
Installation
I HIGHLY recommend mod manager or r2modman mod manager linked at the bottom. It will do all that sweet installation stuff for you:)
If you dont want to use the mod manager, you sould be able to just place "MuteEquipment.dll" in your Risk of Rain 2/BepInEx/plugins
directory and you're all set.
Other people you are playing will have to have it too. Sorry:(
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
