About
A new difficulty "Mega Tempest" is added. It is meant to be very hard, and will be balanced around Simulacrum multiplayer.
Difficulty
All aspects are configurable through the config file and through Risk Of Options.
Increases diffculty scaling, and removes enemy level cap.
Enemy buffs:
- increased movement-speed
- increased attack-speed
- armor per level
Experimental
Through the config file, you can enable experimental changes which reduce the enemy base damage on higher levels.
This change is meant to enable long runs, which dont result in a one shot by a level 2000 enemy.
Changes to the formula used can be made in the config, but be aware that you should really check your values first (with a plotter for example).
The formula used in the code for determining the reduction in baseDamagePerLevel is:
Math.max(0,(level-x)/(level+y))
-> x determines at which level the reduction will start
-> y determines at which level the reduction will be ~50%
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
