Lobby Character Inspect
A lightweight, 100% client-side Quality-of-Life mod that allows you to rotate and inspect survivor models in the character selection screen.
Features
- Smooth Drag Rotation: Left-click anywhere on the screen and drag your mouse to spin the survivor pedestals.
- Inertia & Momentum: Releasing the drag applies smooth physics, letting the characters finish spinning with a satisfying deceleration drift.
- Instant Angle Reset: Right-click anywhere on the screen to instantly snap all characters back to their default forward-facing position.
- Multiplayer Support: Works in online lobbies!
- Vanilla Safe: Since it runs entirely client-side, you can join vanilla lobbies or play with friends who don't have the mod installed. It will never cause "Version Mismatch" errors.
Compatibility
This mod was engineered to hook into the core platform render layers of the game rather than the user interface layout. As a result, it is highly robust and fully compatible with popular lobby modifications, including:
- ScrollableLobbyUI (by KingEnderBrine)
- LobbySkinsFix (by KingEnderBrine)
- DynamicSkinsFix (by mwmw)

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
