Forecast Mod Manager
Forecast is a modern, fast and simple-to-use mod manager for Risk of Rain 2 mods.

Setup
You may need to enable sideloading for windows 10 apps before you can install.
- Download the.ZIP file and open Forecast.appinstaller (recommended) or run Install Forecast.exe.
- Follow the steps in the installer
- Search for "Forecast" in your start menu
Ensure you have Microsoft App Installer installed before running Forecast.appinstaller
The installer does not need to be placed inside of the Plugins folder
Updating the app
Windows will check for app updates automatically and install them in the background. It may take 1-2 days to update from the time that the update is released. Updates will also appear in the top right corner of the app when they are ready to install.

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
