About this mod Machine translation
First Page Reincarnation / The first page must be reincarnation
The first Page pickup created in each run becomes Reincarnation (PageDie). After that, every Page is generated normally. If the first Page was already Reincarnation, the guarantee is considered used. The guarantee is shared by the entire lobby, not repeated for each player.
The first page pickup actually generated in each round will become the Reincarnation Page. The subsequent pages of the book remain the original random ones; if the first one is the reincarnation, the guaranteed number of times in this game has also been used. In multiplayer games, the entire team shares it once, not one per person.
Details / details
The mod changes the pickup as it spawns; it does not guarantee a Page for each player. If no one picks up the first Page, the run’s one guarantee is still used. Even with the Artifact of Command enabled, the first Page becomes Reincarnation instead of a selectable Command Essence.
The module modifies the results when generating pickups and does not give each player a separate guarantee. If no one picks it up after the first one is generated, the guaranteed number of times in this round has still been used. Even if the Commander Artifact is turned on, the first one will still be replaced by Reincarnation instead of self-selected.
Install / install
Install with r2modman Mod Manager. BepInExPack is listed as a dependency. For multiplayer, use the same mod setup on host and clients; the replacement itself is decided on the host.
Install this package and the automatically prompted BepInExPack in r2modman. It is recommended online that homeowners and other players install the same configuration; actual replacement is determined by the host.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
