Cleansing Pool Returns
Adds ability for cleansing pools to spawn in any environment where regular shrines can spawn.
See How does it work? and for clarifications.
Supports Risk Of Options.
How does it work?
Basically it just:
- Looks through all loaded categories in the scene director
- Finds a 'Shrines' category
- Multiplies all card weights in the shrine category by 10
- Adds a shrine card with weight 3 * cleanseShrineChanceCoefficient
I multiply all card weights so that the weight stays kind of the same, like the game does for its stages.
Example:
RoR2/DLC2/villagenight/dccsVillageNightInteractables.asset
{name: Shrines, weight: 10, cards: [(iscShrineCombat, 3), (iscShrineBoss, 1), (iscShrineChance, 4)]}
RoR2/Base/foggyswamp/dccsFoggySwampInteractables.asset
{name: Shrines, weight: 10, cards: [(iscShrineBlood, 30), (iscShrineBoss, 10), (iscShrineChance, 40), (iscShrineCleanse, 3)]}
Options
- cleanseShrineChanceCoefficient (default: 1)
Multiplier applied to the Cleanse Shrine spawn chance.
spawn chance = 3 × cleanseShrineChanceCoefficient

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
