# Attribute Finder
Attribute Finder is an open source utility tool to help discover mod dependencies, incompatabilities and general plugininfo.
You may use this tool in whatever project you want without attribution. You may freely redistribute this tool and make modifications to the source code.

How to use
Jsonifies bepinex plugins to their attributes.
Usage AttributeFinder.exe {pathToAssembly}
Output is of the form:
{
PluginInfo: {"GUID": "", "Name": "", "Version": ""}
Dependencies: [ {"Name": "", "Type": },{"Name": "", "Type": }]
Incompatabilities: [ {"", ""]
}
There's no guaranteed ordering within a specific output. If a key is not present in the plugin, it won't be present in the output.
Example:./AttributeFinder.exe HarbTweaks.dll
{"Dependencies": [{"Name": "community.mmbait", "Type": "soft"}, {"Name": "community.mmhook", "Type": "soft"}, {"Nam
e": "com.bepis.r2api", "Type": "soft"}], "PluginInfo": {"GUID": "com.harbingerofme.harbtweaks", "Name": "HarbTweaks
", "Version": "1.0.0"}}
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
