An item mod that adds all sorts of unique (and not so unique) items.
V3 update
With the V3 update, new items, equipment, elites and a couple of new artifacts have been added to the mod.
Artifact of the Technician - More drones appear in the stage. The more players there are, the more drones appear.
Artifact of Droneman - When a survivor becomes a drone, it inherits that survivor's items.
Artifact of Storm - Lightning strikes near the players. Lightning strikes take away 5% of your maximum health. Items enhance the storm.
Artifact of Victory - Defeating the teleporter boss revives fallen players at full health.
Artifact of Stagnation - The difficulty timer is disabled. During a teleporter event, the timer grows x5 faster.
Added mod options to enable or disable the existence of certain items in the run. Go to Game settings > Mods tab to configurate.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide. If the mod depends on a loader such as ReturnOfModding, install it first as the readme describes.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
