Introduction:
Designate an area where colonists gather to pray. A perfect prayer location may be a sanctuary, altar or shrine, or an ancient tree, a sacred mountain, or other existences that humans/aliens/etc. creatures worship or believe in.
PS. I made this cover image myself. What the hell is it that comes with the original version? . . . . . In fact, I originally wanted to use the shrine picture, but my image processing skills must have ruined this picture, so I attached it directly to the album. Don’t worry about the watermark. I have already identified the original picture address: Music Pro’s music is really good.

Place one or more prayer spots in your colony to direct pawns where to pray.
Designate a dedicated prayer area in the colony.
Pawns will, when they pray, pick a prayer spot instead of only going to their room (they will sometimes still go to their room.)
When colonists pray, they will go to the designated prayer area instead of returning to their room (but sometimes colonists will get skinned)
Note: This mod does not add any prayer buildings of any sort. However, if you have shrines/etc from other mods, this should allow you to specify where the pawns pray.
Note: This MOD does not add any prayer buildings, but is compatible with prayer buildings provided by other MODs such as shrines.
Uses:
- Make pews for your church!
- Pray at family shrines in your room! (I think some japanese-themed mods add them as basic furniture?)
- You can put prayer spots *anywhere*. Don't be stupid.
** (except on geothermal vents - haven't figured that out yet)
- Hey, if you want your faithful going into the ocean to worship Dagan, this mod lets you do it!
use:
-Church pews
-Allow colonists to pray to shrines or other objects in their rooms (I imagine some Japanese mods will add them as basic furniture?)
-You can put the prayer points anywhere, don’t be too shy
-Except for the geothermal fountain (fuck!!!)
-Hey, if you want your true believers to go to the sea to worship Dagan, this MOD allows you to do that! So what is Dagan. . . . . .
Future plans:
- Meditation Spots
- Allow meditating and praying in any spot
- "temple"/"chapel"/"better name?" room designation
- Mood boost from praying/meditating in a nice area
- Mod Option to delete all prayer spots on the map (in case you lost a few under mountains or something?)
- Mod Options to turn off any functionality? (probably via HugsLib)
** Disallow praying in rooms, so everyone goes to church to pray!
Future plans:
(be lazy)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
