Warning! (Reason: TOO LONG!!!)
Description (updated):
——Camping Supplies——
Added:
Deployable tent (regular, medium, large, long) made of any textile (fabric/leather)
portable stove
-------------------------------------
Seeing the popularity of camp mode (not required), I [Nandonalt] decided to make some new items to improve your camping experience.
This does not require a new save.
Deployable tents:
Can be crafted at any cutting table or crafting location (except large ones).
Can be made from any textile material.
Require:
Normal: 140 textiles and 25 woods;
Medium: 250 textiles and 50 woods;
Large: 400 textiles and 75 woods.
Dragon: 500 textiles and 100 woods.
To deploy a tent: Select a pawn, right-click on a tent and select where you want to place it. Items, buildings, pawns, and trees block placement.
To pack a tent: Select a pawn and right-click on the tent support tile of the deployed tent.
If the tent is damaged (walls are torn down/exploded/etc.), the backpack will be damaged as well. Right-click to use a nearby pile of textiles to repair it (10 textiles = 1 wall).
The walls and doors of the tent are very fragile, so there's a good chance the bandits won't be able to catch up with your soldiers. They can be deconstructed to retrieve some textiles.
The tent can be rotated. If it's hard to get the rotation you want, try rotating it to another position and it should work.
Portable stove:
Can be found on Architect/Temperature.
Requires 50 Steel, 2 Components and 10 Chemical Fuel.
A better version of the campfire, but fueled by chemical fuel (can accommodate 10 people).
Can be uninstalled/installed.
It can be used to cook the same food as a campfire, and it can also be used to heat a space.
Not powered by batteries, but requiring electrical research to build.
Texture made by user Deon.
----------------------------
Please report any unusual behavior of these objects, especially deployable tents.
Also, I'd like your feedback on balance so the project isn't so overwhelming.
Enjoy!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
