Vans Customs
18 custom Vans designs, each as two separate shoes: a Clean pair straight out of the box and a Worn pair that has been skated hard. 36 shoes in total.
The shoes show up with your other shoes, named like Vans x Pop Art Half Cab - Clean and Vans x Pop Art Half Cab - Worn.
The worn pairs
The damage is built into the shoe's colour, normal map, mask and stitch textures, not just painted on:
- holes at the outer toe and ollie spot with frayed edges and lining showing
- a rip along the side and a tear across the toes
- griptape wear: rubber sanded down to the raw layer, scratch grooves, fabric rubbed pale
- sole peeling away from the upper, cracked rubber at the flex point, foam showing at the heel collar
- yellowed rubber, grime, skid marks, stains and dusty laces
- stitching gone wherever the fabric is torn

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
