Installation
mod manager
Install the package normally through your -compatible mod manager and launch skate. through ReSkate.
Manual installation
Extract the package contents into a folder inside your skate. Mods directory, for example:
\Mods\Papa_Roach_Tops\
layout.toc, initfs_win32, manifest.json and the Win32 folder should be directly inside that mod folder.
