About this mod Author’s original text
Kingdom Hearts Boards
fan made mod for skate that adds the Kingdom Key and Roxas's skateboard from Kingdom Hearts II, while keeping the default board
Requirements
- skate. (Steam)
- ReSkate / ReSkate Launcher
Installation
Mod Manager
Install Kingdom Hearts Boards through your -compatible mod manager, then launch the game through ReSkate.
Manual
- Close the game.
- Open your skate. installation folder.
- Open or create the Mods folder.
- Extract this package so the files in this archive are directly inside:
Mods/KingdomHeartsBoards/
- Start the game through ReSkateLauncher.exe.
The package intentionally contains the native ReSkate files (layout.toc, Win32, etc.) at the mod root.
Notes
- This is a native ReSkate mod and does not use BepInEx.
- This mod already includes the Kingdom Key and Roxas Board, so don't install it together with those separate mods.
- ReSkate mods are tied to the supported game build. If skate. updates, this mod may need to be rebuilt for the new build.
- If the mod does not appear or load, check the ReSkate log for the reason it was excluded.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
