REPO Accessibility
REPO Accessibility groups three optional tools for customizing visual and camera feedback. Each feature keeps its own BepInEx settings file: codex.repoaccessibility.signals.cfg, codex.repoaccessibility.comfort.cfg, and codex.repoaccessibility.zoom.cfg.
Features
- Sound Signals: short, colored on-screen indicators for nearby positional sounds. This is an approximation based on active spatial audio sources; it cannot identify every sound or its exact meaning.
- Camera Comfort: optional field-of-view adjustment and camera-shake reduction.
- Focus Zoom: hold C to smoothly zoom in; release to return to the prior field of view.
All processing and display are client-side. Nothing is sent to other players. Each feature can be changed or disabled in its own settings file.
Requires BepInEx 5.4.2305 or newer for R.E.P.O.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
