A standalone R.E.P.O. BepInEx mod for building a whole Scout/Hauler bike gang.
Rainbow Fighters
Version 1.3.0 adds multiplayer color synchronization. When a player chooses a color for a Scout or Hauler, everyone using the mod in the room sees that vehicle's chosen color. Restore Original is synchronized as well, and current vehicle colors are cached for players who join the room later.
Features
- Buy and own multiple vanilla Scouts and Haulers in the same save.
- Adds duplicate Scout/Hauler candidates to the normal shop pool itself.
- Does not require Shop Duplicate Unlock for duplicate Scouts/Haulers.
- Per-vehicle color palette: different vehicles can have different colors.
- Hold a Scout or Hauler and press C by default to open the palette.
- Palette key is configurable in BepInEx config.
- Exterior-paint-only mode avoids recoloring wheels, glass, lights, seats, controls, drivetrain, and other mechanical pieces where identifiable.
- Multiplayer color sync lets everyone see the chosen vehicle colors.
- Late joiners receive the currently synchronized colors.
- Restore Original is synchronized.
- Standalone from CartTrain Locomotives; towing and cart physics are not changed by this mod.
Included palette colors
Pink, Purple, Blue, Cyan, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, White, Black, Gold, Mint, plus Restore Original.
Controls
Hold a Scout or Hauler and press the configured palette key. Default:

Press the palette key again, Escape, or Cancel to close the palette.
Shop configuration

ScoutHaulerShopPoolCopies = 5
ScoutHaulerMaxCopies controls the purchase/ownership ceiling for each vehicle type. ScoutHaulerShopPoolCopies controls how many Scout/Hauler candidate entries Bike Gang ensures are present in the normal shop pool.
Multiplayer
The host/master client handles the shop item and candidate-pool changes. Vehicle color choices are synchronized so players running Bike Gang see the same selected colors for each Scout/Hauler.
For best results, everyone who wants to see and choose custom vehicle colors should have the same version of Princess Usa's Bike Gang Mod installed.
Compatibility
- Shop Duplicate Unlock may remain installed for duplicate non-bike items. Bike Gang only tops up Scout/Hauler candidates when there are too few.
- CartTrain Locomotives may be installed separately and is not a dependency.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
