A Loom reskin by PocketBear · Public beta 0.5.5
Delloom gives R.E.P.O.'s Loom a floor-length crimson gown, shaggy blonde hair with black roots, layered silver necklaces, rings and bangles, grey-green eyes, and a wide-eyed grin.
Inspired by the Susan Dell red-dress memes, reimagined as an exaggerated horror character for R.E.P.O. This is an unofficial fan-made parody.
What changes
- Replaces Loom's appearance with the complete Delloom character.
- Keeps Loom's original animations, eye tracking, moving jaw, AI, sounds and colliders.
- Includes the refined hair, crystal necklaces, smooth face and jaw, corrected sleeve overlap, and filled forehead backing.
- Applies automatically whenever Loom appears. She still follows the game's normal spawning rules.
This is a cosmetic replacement, not an additional enemy or a spawn tool.
Install
With a mod manager: install Delloom and its BepInEx dependency, then launch the game modded. No other mods are required.
Manually: install BepInExPack, then copy the ZIP's BepInEx folder into your R.E.P.O. game folder. Keep these five files together inside BepInEx/plugins/Delloom:
LoomReskin.dll
visuals.json
crimson-fabric.png
ochre-hair.png
delloom-face.png
If you used an earlier Lady in Red / LoomReskin test build, remove that older plugin folder before installing Delloom. Keep only one copy enabled.
Multiplayer and compatibility
The reskin is designed to change visuals on your own client. Each player who wants to see Delloom should install it. Multiplayer compatibility has not yet been verified.
Other mods that replace Loom's model or materials may conflict. Disable those when trying Delloom.
Beta status
Version 0.5.5 has been tested in a solo game through CrossOver. Startup self-checks pass, all 52 visual pieces attach, and live Unity captures confirm the grey-green irises and renamed face texture load correctly. The build, asset validation and filename/filtering regression tests also pass.
Full attack, stun, death and extreme animation coverage, a clean mod-manager installation, and native Windows performance remain unverified. A deeply bent pose in a controlled Unity capture exposed head backing and a jaw/cheek seam; that still needs confirmation in the player view. Other clipping may appear in untested poses. Lighting varies by level.
Troubleshooting
- Loom looks unchanged: launch the game modded, check that all five files are together, and disable other Loom replacement mods.
- You cannot find her: this mod does not increase Loom's spawn rate or summon her.
- Checking the log: the plugin currently logs as Lady in Red — Loom version 0.5.5. Look in BepInEx/LogOutput.log for a validation error or SELF-CHECK PASS.
- Diagnostic images: the plugin writes startup render previews to BepInEx/LoomReskinPreview.
To uninstall, disable or remove Delloom in your mod manager. For a manual install, remove BepInEx/plugins/Delloom/ and restart the game.

AI assistance
Code and development tooling were created with assistance from OpenAI Codex and Anthropic Claude (Sonnet). Face and jaw assets were AI-generated and adapted for Loom. PocketBear directed the design, revisions and in-game testing.
The package contains the replacement visuals and plugin. Original game files, development tools and the Blender working project are not included. See CREDITS.md for asset provenance.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
