Realistic weapon attribute overhaul

Edit weapon stats to resemble their real-life counterparts as closely as possible.

• SG09 + Sentinel 9: Damage slightly increased + Critical hit chance greatly increased.
• Punisher: slightly increased damage + upgrade cost.
• Red9: Damage increased by 25%, but the ammunition limit is 10 rounds.
• Kuroo: unchanged.
• Matilda: damage increased by 30% + ammunition capacity reduced by 30%.
• Hitman 7: Turn it into a pistol and use pistol ammo (stats in the picture)
• Skeleton Shaker: Damage increased by 25% + Max ammo capped at 5 rounds + 1 round reload at a time.
