Fluffy Mod Manager
About this mod Machine translation
NOTE: This version of the mod manager supports the demo version of RE4R, but not the full version. I will update as soon as the game is released.

Details about the mod manager:
usage:
Unzip the mod manager anywhere (if you upgraded from an old version, just unzip it to the old version).
Before running the mod manager for the first time, make sure that all PAK files in your Resident Evil 4 installation have not been modified (to do this easily, right-click the game in Steam and select "Verify File Integrity").
Run the mod manager once and select Resident Evil 4 as the game.
You can drag and drop mods in RAR, 7Zip or ZIP format into the mod manager window and when it is running, copy them to the mod manager or manually copy the mods to "[modmanager]\Games\RE4_Demo\ mods"
Click on mods in the mod list to install them. Click Uninstall again.
What to do if Resident Evil 4 was patched without you having the mod installed:
Click "Reread Game Archives" in the "Manage Mods" menu of the mod manager.
Installing and uninstalling the mod should work again. Please note that some mods may not be compatible with newer versions of the game.
What to do if Resident Evil 4 is patched when you have the mod installed:
Try uninstalling a mod via the mod manager. You should get a different error message regarding the PAK file.
Turn on the "Force Uninstall" option at the top of the manage mods menu.
Click "Uninstall all mods".
This shouldn't be necessary, but as a precaution I recommend right-clicking the game on Steam and selecting "Verify File Integrity".
Click "Reread Game Archives" in the "Manage Mods" menu of the mod manager.
Installing and uninstalling the mod should work again. Please note that some mods may not be compatible with newer versions of the game.
Info from the mod creator:
As an example of how to package a mod, download this mod and view its files:
Mods can be packaged as RAR, ZIP or 7Zip archives.
Note: When packaging mods for RAR and 7Zip, I highly recommend creating them as non-rugged archives to ensure fast single-file extraction. WinRAR does this by default.
Note that the modinfo.ini file is optional (as are all entries in it).
The Mod Manager will always check for "Screenshot.jpg" or "Screenshot.png" as the mod preview image, even if modinfo.ini does not exist.
You can add the "Addjavascript-event-strippedModName" entry in your mod's modinfo.ini and if a mod is a plugin for another mod, then they will be organized as a single menu button in the mod list. Replace "ModName" with the exact name of a mod that is a plugin.
Alternatively, you can add an entry like "NameAsBundle=NameHere" to the mod collection to organize them into the same menu button. Replace "NameHere" with the name of the mod collection and make sure each mod in the collection has an entry with the exact name.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
