Replace Ashley Graham character model with AJ Lee, includes 4 different replacement textures
AJ Lee replaces Ashley Graham
🎮 **This is my first mod work in two years** (unfortunately I lost the original account due to inactivity), and it is also my first attempt to port models from non-RE engine games to the new Resident Evil game!
✨ Module Features
- Completely replace Ashley Graham with AJ Lee character
- Contains 4 different clothing texture options
-The basic model has been optimized and adapted
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE
**Must use the jacketless version and turn off the hairline effect**, otherwise the mod will not work properly!
🎭 Animation performance
The model "barely" supports facial animation (not ideal actually), which can look strange especially in cutscenes. As my return work after two years, although the technique is a bit rusty, the effect is pretty good!
👗 Clothing Options
In addition to the default clothing, there are 3 different sets of clothing textures available, these need to be downloaded separately:
- Install the default AJ Lee module
- Use Fluffy Manager to install the replacement textures you want
🔄 Update plan
I may continue to update this mod if new bugs are discovered. There are still some minor issues with the model itself, but considering that I can't even do facial animation with a simple RE engine character transplant, there probably won't be much room for improvement in this area.

*Thanks for trying this comeback work after two years! * 🎉
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
