Welcome to the Red Dead Redemption Work Horse mod! This mod is designed for players who like working horses in the game. You can have your existing horses wear any coat color you want (by renaming the desired coat color file to your current horse's file name), or have any horse have a different body type by placing the required files into the stream folder.

⚙️ Installation requirements

• Lenny's Mod Loader
• The "version.dll" file in Lenny's Simple Trainer

💡 **IMPORTANT NOTE**: If you are installing the above mods for the first time, be sure to follow their installation instructions carefully. Without placing "version.dll" into the root directory, the new online coat colors will not load correctly in story mode, which will cause the horse to become partially invisible!

📦 Installation method

Unzip the required files and place them into the `Red Dead Redemption 2/lml/stream` folder. If the stream folder does not exist, it needs to be created manually.

⚠️ Note: Do not put the .rar compressed package directly into the stream folder

🔄 Replace other horses

Rename the ymt file to the horse file name you want to replace. The file contains a list of all available names.

📏 Adjust horse size

Open the required file with a text editor and adjust the scale value as needed. The file contains a schematic diagram of the location of the scale values.

**Example value:**

• Arabian Horse: 0.91875000
• Kentucky Saddle Horse: 1.01700000
• Hungarian Half-blood Horse: 1.08750000
• Sharma: 1.14370000

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE

• These are not custom coat colors, they are the ones originally created by R*, I only changed the body type
• These are **purely cosmetic** modifications and will **not** affect horse attributes or NPC reactions to horses
• Feel free to use and modify these files for experimentation
• The author only knows German, English and a little French
