Legend of the West Catalog Addon
🎩 **Prove that you are the Western legend this country needs right now! **
This mod aims to recreate the famous outfit from the original Red Dead Redemption - the ultimate set that can be unlocked by completing all challenges in the game. With the help of Eki (aka Redemptify), I modified the coat, vest, pants, and boots to match the style and look of the original game.
✨ Main functions
- **Classic Costume Remake**: The clothing texture has been carefully adjusted to faithfully restore the style of the "Legend of the West" suit in the original "Red Dead Redemption".
- **Catalog Page Replacement**: Replace the "Knight" suit page in the in-game store catalog with the new "Western Legend" suit page and description.
- **Wardrobe Sync Update**: Replaced the original "Knight" suit in John Marston's wardrobe with the retextured "Legends of the West" suit (courtesy of Quarantine Gamer).
🔧 Compatibility & Extras
Since this mod uses the same files as the Undead Nightmare 2 mod, Quarantine has created a merge patch to ensure full compatibility between the two.
**BONUS SURPRISE**: As bonus content, the "Farrier" suit will be replaced with John's NPC costume!
💡 Usage suggestions
Relive John Marston's journey to becoming a legend in this iconic costume. Whether you're strolling the streets of Valentine or galloping on the grasslands of New Hanover, this outfit will instantly make you the center of attention and perfectly blend into that era of the Wild West.
Hope you like this mod! Feel free to leave any constructive comments, but please note that since the texture modification work itself is quite tedious, I may not be able to respond to every request.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
