🎮 **Perfect walking control experience**

Rockstar didn't provide us with fine walking/running speed control. This mod is designed to give you a precise control experience similar to when playing with a controller.

✨ Core Features

This mod respects the default behavior of the game and only improves upon the original behavior, rather than completely covering it. The author put a lot of effort into making it as unobtrusive as possible, and all features should feel like native features of the game.

Modules are configurable via ini files, so you can keep only the functionality you want. The configuration file is very detailed, please read it carefully.

🚶‍♂️ Main functions

• **Brisk Running**: Click the Shift key to run at a slightly slower speed than the standard speed (Brisk running speed is configurable)
• **Running Switch**: Click the Shift key to switch between running and walking. This feature is useful if you don't want to stop suddenly and want a smoother transition
• **Fast Walk**: Click the Alt key (configurable) to switch between fast walking and normal walking speed, or hold the Alt key for slow walking
• **Custom Speed**: Use the mouse wheel to "disengage" the current speed and gain finer control

🏕️ Special scenes

• You can run in the camp/indoor, but you need to press Shift + mouse wheel up button
• You can then control the speed with the mouse wheel and pressing "Shift" again will return to normal

⚙️ Optional features (disabled by default)

• Disable first person auto-running: if you want to default to walking instead of running in first person view

📝 Notes

• If other similar mods are installed, overlapping functionality may need to be removed or disabled
• The author has no plans to add horse support or create similar mods

🔧 Installation requirements

• Requires Alexander Blade's ScriptHookRDR2
• Place WalkingControlComplete.asi and WalkingControlComplete.ini into the game folder
