unlimited shooting
🎯 **In combat, there is no time to think - only to react. ** Whether falling off a cliff, diving for cover, or being knocked down, a true gunslinger doesn't wait until he hits the ground before fighting back. This lightweight mod attempts to remove limitations when using a six-shot revolver or rifle.

✨ Features
This is a **very simple** mod that only took me a few hours to make, it's not trying to break any new ground, but hopefully some **fun**.
**Source of inspiration**: When I thought back to when Niko was still shooting while falling from a skyscraper in GTA IV, I thought: why not try to recreate that in RDR2?
---
🔫 Weapon restrictions
Due to the way Rockstar handles weapons in the ragdoll/fall state, the lance is automatically hidden (removed from the player's hand). Therefore currently only **one-handed firearms** such as *pistols, revolvers and sawed-off shotguns* can be fired while dropped or ragdolled.
**Special Note**: When using a single-action revolver, since the character cannot actually pull the hammer, only one bullet can be fired when falling.
---
🦘 Jump Shoot
Now you can shoot any weapon while jumping, there is no long gun restriction while jumping as they will not be hidden while jumping. However, jumping and shooting with the **Two-Hand Shotgun** will cause you to slip.
---
🎯 Realistic compromise
As mentioned, the **Lance** becomes invisible when falling (I'm still trying to figure out if it's possible to prevent this from happening). So I have an idea: when the player character ragdolls, if holding any **two-handed weapon, they will lose their grip and drop the gun**.
It's kind of a **compromise**, but it feels more realistic and fun, watching your weapon roll down the hill with you and so on.

🎮Installation Instructions
Make sure ScriptHook (AB or V2 version) is installed, then place the UnrestrictedShooting.asi file into your RDR2 directory.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
