True recoloring with no performance penalty

True Reshade with no performance penalty supports both Vulkan and DX12. <br/>Please read the installation guide correctly. <br/>Please uninstall any previously installed Reshade before installing this version. <br/><br/>Note: Press "PageUP" in game to bring up the Reshade menu. "Scroll Lock" to toggle Resshade.
