Dear cowboys, since Red Dead Redemption 2 was officially updated by Rockstar in March, basically all the built-in modifiers on the market cannot be used. Either the game reports an error or it crashes, the game cannot be opened, or F5 does not respond when entering the game, etc. That is because after the game version is updated, the built-in modifier is still in an old version, so the inconsistency between the modifier and the game version will cause game errors, but! but! The long-awaited new version of the built-in modifier is long overdue~

With the Thunder Modifier, you can still use it in the game.

This version of the Thunder Modifier is the latest version (consistent with the updated game version)

It’s still the same as before. After entering the game, key F5 on the keyboard to call out the modifier menu. Anyone who has installed Thunder before should know this (.ini can modify hotkeys)

Don’t be afraid of the previous version files, the new version modifier files can be directly overwritten

Okay, next are the installation steps (new or experienced players can read here)

1. After downloading the file, open your unzipped package, drag and drop all the files in the unzipped package to the root directory of the RDR2 game (overwrite everything that needs to be covered)

2. Enter the game and press F5 to open the modifier menu.

3. This modifier has been fully Chineseized, feel free to use it

2. If the modifier is in English, you can find Setting>Language in the modifier menu and find Simplified Chinese.

3. If the in-game modifier does not respond after installation or the game crashes and cannot be opened, delete the Script hookRDR2.dll and dinput8.dll files in your RDR2 root directory, and then overwrite the downloaded modifier file once.

4. If you cannot play online, delete the Script hookRDR2.dll and dinput8.dll files in the RDR2 root directory and all files with .asi files at the end to enter the online mode.

The Red Dead Redemption path downloaded by epic cannot contain Chinese characters, otherwise the modifier will not open or crash. Just change the Chinese path to English.
