Simple Reshade presets and shader pack for RDR2 VULKAN version
This preset will give you results that surpass simulation even when using low to medium level in-game graphics settings.

- With the official Reshade installer and binaries updated from V4.5.0 to V4.5.1 (the default path and registry path to the Reshade Vulkan Global folder were changed in Reshade V4.5.1); I should update the instructions on how to install. The steps are now easier and shorter with Reshade V4.5.1 (thanks to Crosire for the update).

Vulkan API with Reshade 4.5.1 tested on Epic Games Launcher and latest RDR2 update (1.0.1232.13)
This version of Vulkan does not have 3D stereoscopic mode

How to install (please read carefully!)
Make sure you are running RDR2 using the Vulkan API. Also make sure you are not running RDR2, R* Launcher, R* Social Club with administrator rights. This may cause the Reshade Vulkan global setting to point to the wrong path in the Windows registry! (kudos to Meegja and Thalixte for this information)
Before installing this mod, please clean or move your previous Reshade (dxgi.dll, reshade.ini, reshade-shaders folder, and my previous Reshade presets and shader packs) from your game folder.
From the Reshade official page (4.5.1 (or higher)
In the Welcome window of the Reshade installer, do not select any game, just select and click "Enable/disable Reshade for Vulkan globally (affects all Vulkan games)"

After that, put a check mark on "Enable global reshape Vulkan (affects all Vulkan games)" (This is very important, otherwise RDR2 will not run with those Launchers (Epic, Steam, etc.). Please check this screenshot below:
After enabling Reshade Vulkan globally, close the Reshade Installer by clicking the X icon in the upper right corner.
Extract the compressed Simplereal file into the following folder: C:\ProgramData\ReShade as shown below:
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
