🛠️ Installation instructions

Extract the files to the following directory:

`C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\`

**Notice:**

If you have used an older version (such as v1.3 or earlier), you need to delete the `rdr2_freecam.ini` file located in the `C:\Users\"yourusername"\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2` folder, or replace it with the new file in the zip package.

🎮 Control instructions

**Game Controller (XBOX / PS)**

• **Activate/Deactivate** = X + LB / □ + L1
• **Exit** = B/○
• **Move Camera** = Left Stick
• **Rotate Camera** = Right Stick
• **Lower/Raise Camera** = Left Trigger / Right Trigger
• **Deceleration** = LB/L1
• **Acceleration** = RB/R1
• **Change field of view (FOV)** = Arrow keys up/down
• **Camera Roll** = Arrow keys left/right
• **Reset Camera** = Right joystick pressed
• **Widescreen Border** = Left joystick pressed
• **Hide HUD** = Y / △
• **Setup Menu** = Return key / Select key
• **Filter Switch** = Hold X + Arrow Keys Left/Right / Hold □ + Arrow Keys Left/Right
• **Cycle through saved camera positions** = Hold X + Hold A + D-Pad Left/Right / Hold □ + Hold X + D-Pad Left/Right

**Keyboard and Mouse Control**

• **Activate/Deactivate** = Spacebar + Q
• **Exit** = Backspace key
• **Mobile Camera** = W, A, S, D
• **Rotate camera** = mouse movement
• **Lower/Raise Camera** = Right/Left mouse button
• **Slow down** = Q
• **Acceleration** = E
• **Change field of view (FOV)** = mouse wheel
• **Camera Roll** = Arrow keys left/right
• **Reset Camera** = middle mouse button click
• **Widescreen Border** = Z
• **Hide HUD** = Left Shift key
• **Settings Menu** = Tab key
• **Filter Switch** = Press and hold Spacebar + Arrow Keys Left/Right
• **Cycle saved camera positions** = Hold down the space bar + hold down the Enter key + Arrow keys left/right
