During the development of Red Dead Redemption II, Arthur should be able to ride a horse from camp. This mod restores that functionality. Roger Clark even recorded some of the horse's lines, which still exist in the game files and are included with this mod.
To mount a horse from camp, simply walk up to it and press the mount button. Arthur would mount his horse and speak the appropriate lines.

Place Canter.asi and Canter.dat into your game root directory.
