Rest point

by SerbianCawboy·v1.0·Updated 2025-09-19

Hello everyone, this is my first RDR2 mod, if there are any problems I will fix them in subsequent versions. I made ymaps called 'Resting Points' to provide a great place for our protagonist to rest, as well as complete facilities for the horses.

🏕️ Module introduction

This is my first RDR2 mod, adding well-designed resting spots to the game! These places, called "rest points", are designed to provide a comfortable rest environment for the protagonists. Each location is equipped with complete horse facilities, including small stables.

🗺️ Features

  • **Well-Designed Resting Places**: Multiple scenic resting spots
  • **HORSE FRIENDLY FACILITIES**: Stalls and feed troughs at each resting area
  • **Immersive Experience**: Make long-distance travel more realistic
  • **Easy to install**: Simple file copy to complete the installation

⚙️ Installation instructions

  • Unzip the Rest Points compressed file
  • Copy the lml folder in the Rest Points folder
  • Find the main game installation directory
  • Place the lml folder into the game directory

💡 **Note**: Please make sure you have installed the lml module folder before use

🎮 Usage suggestions

These rest points are ideal for taking a break midway through a long journey, allowing both your character and your horse to fully recover. It is recommended to use it after completing important tasks and enjoy a moment of tranquility!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
