MDBranth ReShaders Presets
🎨 Design Concept
Simple yet effective - this is my goal when tweaking the look of my game. I don’t like the overly orange HDR effect, nor do I like images with too high contrast. I don't need 100 different effects to feel satisfied, and I don't want to sacrifice frame rate for a barely noticeable effect!
✨ Default Features
I've brought you some presets that can completely change the look of your game. Whether you want to use it for virtual photography or just want to enhance the color and shadow effects to enjoy the open world, I guarantee it will be a great gaming experience.
⚠️ Performance Notes
Please note that everyone's experience and visual effects may vary. This depends on the resolution you're playing at, the monitor you're using, and the performance of your system.
**My configuration reference:**
- 🖥️ Graphics card: Nvidia RTX 3080Ti
- 💻 Processor: Ryzen 9 5900x
- 🚀 Memory: 64GB RAM
- 📺Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift PG32UQ 4K display
Without ReShade enabled, I get 85-105 FPS depending on the region. Using these presets (except for the "Screenshots" preset, which has a slightly larger impact on performance, so I only use it for screenshots), I get about 85-100 FPS, with a very small, almost unnoticeable framerate impact for me. If you struggle to maintain a stable 60 FPS, you may feel a larger performance impact.
🔧 ADOF Enablement Guide
**"How do I enable ADOF for my preset?"**
I believe no one loves the bokeh effect more than me. This is one of the main reasons to play Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC.
To enable ADOF effects in this game, you may need to install ReShade with full add-on support. Then, disable in-game anti-aliasing. If you still have no depth effect, there are some small settings in ReShade you can try adjusting.
🌟 Final words
Hope you like these presets! See you next time ❤️
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
