In response to numerous requests, this is a ReShade preset I created specifically for portrait screenshots. Built for screenshot artists - not suitable for gaming, only for virtual photography.

🌟 Default Introduction

This ReShade preset brings painterly depth of field, soft glow, and calm colors to your portrait screenshots. Whether you want to capture a cowboy in town or a wanderer under a desert sky, every screenshot will be a story worth telling.

This preset was built over time through constant experimentation and learning to perfectly complement my screenshot style. It may not be to everyone's taste, so feel free to adjust the shader settings to your personal preference.

• **PPIX SSDO** – Screen space directional occlusion for creating solid depth of field effects.
• **Lightroom** – Adjust colors and tones like post-editing.
• **MXAO** – Adds rich volume to light and shadow.
• **Cinematic DOF** – Cinematic focus and subject separation effects (for close-up blur).
• **ADOF** – Advanced depth of field for fantastic bokeh (for distant views blur).
• **Depth Sharpen** – Targeted sharpening to keep your subject sharp.
• **Realistic Long-Exposure** – Simulates a motion blurred light trail effect (used to smooth rough edges).
• **Monocular Cues** – Subtle parallax and distance depth cues.
• **Vertical Preview & Composition** – Screen composition aid (for vertical screenshots).
• **MultiLUT** – Fast color remapping to create different visual effects.
• **TAA** – Smooth temporal anti-aliasing for clean edges.
• **Vibrance** – Enhances saturation while avoiding blown highlights.
• **Blooming HDR** – A soft HDR glow that creates a cinematic glow.
• **Cinetools LUT** – Professional LUT shades for a stylized final effect.
• **AdaptiveSharpen** – Clean, fine detail enhancement that works just right (**recommended to turn this option off when shooting close-up portraits of characters**).
