About this mod Machine translation
Seems to be working perfectly, no issues on my end, most things are not locked and most unfamiliar tasks are still available (as many tasks as possible). This file is my earliest save from the epilogue, just after arriving at the farm. If you don't know what I'm talking about, I recommend you play the game at least once
[SPOILER] I recommend playing the game at least once before downloading the save game. True, you'd be missing out on a great story and fun experience, but don't ask me to tell you how to live. *Arthur's Good Karma ("good" prologue)* Most, if not all, of the costumes are well-crafted. Legend of the East is also unlocked * Most, if not all amulets and trinkets have been collected/unlocked * All satchels are unlocked * All belts are unlocked, gun belts and holsters are unlocked (as far as I know) * Most of the Stranger quests are not fully completed yet. (All the "King Arthur Only" missions that I know of have been completed, but I've just started a few others just to make sure John can still complete them.) *100% map unlocked (not intentional, thanks Moonlighter for the update). *Most weapons are unlocked, of course weapons like Micah's revolver, there are other special weapons available but not collected yet. *A ridiculous amount of money like Arthur! $!$! (While playing, I didn't get paid like John did, but you do get paid at the end of the epilogue.) *The rare roller rifle was snatched away (shout out to the guy who asked for it in every life save game) *Apparently I had a broken pirate sword. I didn't even know this was in the game, but when I played it recently I had it and thought it was kind of cool. I don't know where I got it from. Be careful with inventory. *Not seriously, right now I don't think (I've had my inventory reset and fill myself with a few items after the update. I only had 30 gold bars in my inventory for no reason (just like Arthur). When the game forced me to level up, I didn't even have any gold bars on me. But just jumping back into the game was really quick and I didn't have any inventory issues, but I left the warning just in case. If you have any issues, check out Script Hooks, a tool that helped me fix this save multiple times.) Thanks to Rockstar Games made a wonderful game (even if you almost completely ruined the single player game and cost me so much time of my life that I was forced to "fix" the game or stop playing this new update, I still like you. Then again, I probably can't help either How much work was done, digging around in the game files and scripts, so yes, I'll take some responsibility for that too, I'm, mostly, kidding.) Thanks to the team who worked hard on the script hooks, it helped my "journey(?)" of getting the game done. I believe their mod has been updated and gave their website an updated link.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
