The basic functionality is to change the player model to any gang member, please let me know if there are any characters you want me to add.

🎭 Module function

Now you can play as every member of the Van der Linde gang, even Dutch himself! This mod changes your player model from Arthur to another character (such as Javier) without modifying the model script.

You can play as Arthur as normal, without encountering the issue of not being able to auto-save after completing a mission, or the weird hair and beard issues that occur when playing as other characters in cutscenes.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE

Delete any METAPEDS files you see in the LML, otherwise the mod will not work.

(If you want hair and beard functionality, you will also need to delete the store item files)

🛠️ Installation Guide

• Start RDR2 and equip the boxer costume. This will prevent certain bugs from occurring. After completion, exit the game and start the installation.
• Download the file and put the replace and stream folders into the lml directory
• Load RDR2, enter story mode, save the game and load the save file just now
• Exit the game and load it again. Arthur should be deformed at this time.
• Use the trainer to switch costumes and you should now be able to play the chosen character normally.

If you encounter problems during the installation process, you can follow the specific character folders in the mod folder.

Use any trainer to change NPC clothing and fix arm bug when selecting character when entering the game.

💇 Fixed hair and beard bug in cutscenes

Option 1

• Place the replace folder in the "HAIR AND BEARDS" folder into the lml directory
• Load the game and go to the barber shop
• Choose a hairstyle with right side parting (it is recommended to use a trainer to make your hair longer)
• Adjust the slider from 1 to 7 to choose your favorite hairstyle
• For the beard, select the Pencil Mustache option and adjust the slider

Option 2

• Install WhyEm's DLC and enter the game
• Choose WhyEm’s Kurt hairstyle at the barber shop
• Exit the game and remove WhyEm's DLC
• Reload the game and the hair in the cutscene will appear as the hairstyle of the selected character.
