This simple mod adds two classic cowboy outfits to the NPC John by editing a single file (`cs_johnmarston.ymt`):

**🤠 Denim vest version**

Replaced John's main NPC costume
Includes iconic denim vest (without hood)
Replaces the original gray gambler's hat/long windbreaker/black shirt/leather vest/grey pants suit

**🎩Cowboy Hat Version**

**🧥 Special Reserve**

John's Scout Jacket outfit from Chapter 1 has also been replaced with the edited version of the default NPC trench coat outfit
The author liked this costume so much that he chose not to remove it entirely
