No Camp Restrictions - Fixed and Expanded
🎮 **A fixed and expanded mod that gives you more freedom in your camp! **
This mod is a remastered version of my original No Camp Restrictions, removing **most** of the mechanics that prevent you from performing certain actions in camp.
---
✨ Main functions
- **Draw and use weapons in camp** 🔫
- **Sprint, run and jump through camp** 🏃♂️
- **Ride your horse in camp** 🐎
- **Bring tied or dead NPCs into camp**
- **Wear a mask or scarf at camp**
---
⚠️ Known issues and precautions
**Important**: I was unable to prevent the "enemy being led to the camp" message from appearing without ruining some of the dialogue and speech in the camp. Therefore, I decided to exclude this feature in the main version.
However, if this isn't a big issue for you, I've uploaded a second version that disables the above message at the cost of affecting some dialogue.
**This mod does not cause the following issues:**
- ✅ Masks and scarves cannot be worn.
*✅ Donations to the camp fund cannot be made.
- ✅ Camp upgrades cannot be purchased through the ledger.
- ✅ Camp chores accidentally disabled.
- ✅ Broken interaction with Pearson.
- ✅ Block story progression at specific points.
---
📦 Installation method
Place the **NoCampRestrictions.asi** file into your game root directory (where RDR2.exe and PlayRDR2.exe are located).
---
**Enjoy your unfettered time in the camp! ** 🤠
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
