Lumi visual overhaul
✨ **Welcome to share your game screenshots! ** ✨
Yes, this is a Reshade preset. **GUARANTEED NOT TO DAMAGE YOUR GAME**.
---
🎨Module Introduction
Lumi is designed to improve the visual experience of your game across the board with 4 simple yet finely tuned shaders: real-world color, vibrancy, light blending, and more. Textures in the distance should be noticeably clearer.
---
🔧 Shaders used
- **Vibrance** by SweetFX
- **Technicolor 2** by SweetFX
- **CAS** by SweetFX (AMD FidelityFX Contrast Adaptive Sharpening)
- **PD80_03_Shadows_Midtones_Highlights** by PD80
- **Vignette.fx**
- **Deband** (Possible removal. No effect found yet, but active in latest version)
The specific settings for these shaders can be found at the end of the gallery.
---
📥 Installation Guide
**How to install ReShade and .INI files**: Please refer to this video tutorial:
⚠️ **IMPORTANT**: If you use DX12, be sure to select the DX12 version!
When installing, make sure to update your Reshade to get the exact same shader files as I did.
Alternatively, you can place the `Reshade-Shaders` folder directly into your game root and overwrite existing files if needed.
---
⚙️ Performance optimization
**Be sure to turn on "Performance Mode" in the in-game Reshade menu** (at the very bottom of the menu).
If turning performance mode on and off has no effect on framerate, leave it on.

🔗 Source of inspiration
This preset is based on another one of my creations **TopGradeReshade** - a subtle but very effective Reshade preset.
**How to make Lumi look like original TopGradeReshade? **
Just keep **Vibrance** and **Technicolor 2** turned on. AMD FidelityFX Contrast Adaptive Sharpening is optional.
---
💡 Light and shadow inspiration
The light and shadow effects are inspired by the PD80 settings used by **Reshade Guy** in his Reshade preset:
*"Red Dead Redemption 2: Light and Color Correction without Performance Loss"*
Lumi's "Reverse Vignetting" effect was also inspired by this preset.
---
🖥️ Minimum configuration test
**Verified operation with minimum graphics settings**:
Tested using an ASUS laptop** (my laptop) with **NVIDIA 2070, Intel Core i7-8750H, 16GB RAM. In full screen mode, with vertical sync turned on in-game (not NVIDIA control panel), the frame rate is stable at **50-60 FPS**. If your frame rate has room to spare, you can certainly increase the graphics settings.
If you can't get a stable 50-60 FPS, you can try the settings provided by **Winter-Flow** in this post for testing:

Enjoy a more beautiful western world! 🤠
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
