Add the beloved Joel Miller from the hit game The Last of Us to Red Dead Redemption 2!

Joel Miller

Tired of Arthur Morgan and John Marston? 🎮 It’s time for a new role! After hours of hard work, I successfully brought Joel Miller from The Last of Us into the world of Red Dead Redemption 2!

✨ Module Features

  • Added playable Joel Miller character model via Rampage Trainer
  • Textures ported directly from "The Last of Us: Part II"
  • Four unique Joel-specific outfits
  • Can use the special abilities of Death Eye and Eagle Eye
  • *Occasionally* speak during battles and other scenes (future updates may add features such as greetings)
  • Full first-person view and reload functionality

🎮 How to use

It's very simple to use:

  • Open Rampage Trainer
  • Enter PLAYER → WARDROBE → MODEL CHANGER (accept the prompts that appear)
  • Select CUSTOM INPUT
  • Enter CS_JOEL
  • Done! Now you're playing Joel

⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Be sure to back up your save file before switching character models!

📦 Installation instructions

Installation steps:

  • Drag and drop the "Joel Miller" folder into the LML folder
  • Put everything in the stream folder into your stream folder

**Required**: LML Beta 11, this mod will not run on pirated games

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
