Jailbreak NPC repair
🎭 Function Overview
This mod fixes an issue with duplicate and incorrect NPC characters appearing in the jailbreak cutscene triggered when being arrested in the open world of Red Dead Redemption 2.
🔧 Specific repair content
- **Valentin Prison Break Scene**: originally used 2 duplicate Strawberry Town Deputy Sheriff NPCs, now correctly uses cs_valdeputy and s_m_m_valdeputy character models
- **Strawberry Town Prison Break Scene**: Originally using 2 identical Strawberry Town Deputy Sheriff 02 NPCs, one of them is now changed to Deputy Sheriff 01
- **Epilogue Jailbreak Scene**: Originally mistakenly used a casino dealer NPC instead of a real law enforcement NPC
- **BONUS FIX**: Fixed a bug with Abigail riding a crocodile when replaying missions
🎮 Usage effect
It makes the jailbreak cutscenes in the game more realistic and coherent, avoids the sense of dissonance caused by repeated character models, and improves the immersive experience of the game.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
