Using TPhorse, you can teleport any living entity to your horse. Once you designate a horse as your teleporter, simply target an entity and press the "teleport key" (defaults to T, can be changed in the mod options file) to teleport that entity behind your teleporter (you don't need to be on the teleporter for this to work). <br />Please view the video.
