🐎 Welcome to the Red Dead Redemption Horse Ride Mod
These files are specially prepared for fans of the horses in Red Dead Redemption 2. You can have your current horse wear any coat color you want (by renaming the desired coat color file to the name of the horse you own), or have any horse have another body by placing the required files into the stream folder (see "How to Install" for details).

**IMPORTANT NOTE:** If you are installing the above mods for the first time, be sure to follow their instructions carefully. Without placing "version.dll" into the root folder, newer online coat colors will not load correctly in story mode, which will cause your horse to be partially invisible!
📁 Installation method
Unzip the required files and place them into the *Red Dead Redemption 2/lml/stream* folder. If the stream folder does not exist, you need to create it yourself.
*Do not put the .rar compressed package into the stream folder*

🔄 Replace other horses
Rename the ymt file to the file name you want to replace. A list containing all names.
📏 Adjust horse size
Open the required file with a text editor and adjust the zoom value as needed. Image description containing the location of the zoom value.

- These are not custom coat colors, they are the ones originally created by R*, I only changed the body type
- These are **purely cosmetic** modifications and **do not** affect horse attributes or people's reactions to horses
- Feel free to use and modify these files for experimentation
- The author only knows German, English and a little French
