horse dodge
🐎 Features
The beloved horse dodge mechanic from Red Dead Online has been fully ported to single-player mode! Now you can dodge left and right on horseback to avoid enemy bullets.
🎮 How to use
- After installing the mod, mount your horse and aim your weapon left or right
- Press the X key while holding down the aim key, and the character will dodge to the other side of the horse
- Dodge right when aiming left, dodge left when aiming right
⚠️ Notes
- Completely replaced Downes' charity flyer, if you like the original flyer, please do not install the LML part
- There are some cross-modeling/animation issues with character bodies and horses, as the animations were not originally designed for single-player mode
- Dead Eye will be interrupted when the dodge action is initiated
- Added a stamina core consumption mechanism. Each dodge will consume stamina. If your stamina is too low, you will not be able to dodge.
🔧 Installation requirements
- Requires Scripthook, LML and Online Content Unlocker to be installed
- After unzipping the file, copy the EquineDucking.asi and lml folders to the game root directory

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
