🎮 Module Features

This mod is designed to bring the ultimate survival challenge experience to Red Dead Redemption 2.

  • **Severe Death Punishment**: If you die in a non-mission state, all your cores (life, stamina, eyes of death) will be **completely emptied**, allowing you to truly feel the pressure of survival.
  • **Slow Recovery**: Only **Stamina Core** will recover after sleeping, other cores need to be replenished manually through food, supplies, etc., increasing the importance of resource management.
  • **Adjusted Combat Balance**: The damage you receive is increased to **400%**, while the damage caused is only **120%**. The battle will be more dangerous and difficult, and every gunfight needs to be carefully planned.
  • **Extremely low health recovery**: The natural life recovery rate is only **5%**, and it takes a long time or relies on items to recover after being injured, encouraging a more cautious play style.

Are you ready for a true test of western survival?

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
