Gun Metal Rework
🔫 **Make your western firearm look like new! **
✨ Module Introduction
The gun metal in the original Red Dead Redemption 2 looked a little dull, so I decided to rework all the gun metal material properties and adjust their tones for the best, most realistic look. **All sculpting textures included too**!

📦 Installation instructions
This is a **.ymt file** so you need to have the latest version of **Lenny's Mod Loader** installed.
**Installation steps:**
- Unzip the file.
- Drag and drop the `Gun_Metal_Rework` folder into the `RDR2/lml` directory.
- The final path should be: `Red Dead Redemption 2\lml\Gun_Metal_Rework\` (contains ymt and xml files).

🚀 Future plans
The author plans to carry out more material optimizations in the future, including:
- Remade grip and wood paint texture.
- Add more metal options instead of just replacing existing materials.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
